Commercial Drywall Estimator & Project Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicant must be self-motivated

• knowledgeable with estimating and/or managing commercial drywall projects

• Ability to communicate effectively with GC's, Vendors, Subs and employees

• Able to handle any task and or duty given to an Estimator/ Project Manager that include but are not limited:

  • determining scope of work

  • servicing customers on new or old projects

  • submitting estimates based on our scope of work in a timely matter

  • communicating with a multitude of foreman and superintendents

  • attending job meetings as scheduled

  • ordering, scheduling & coordinating material deliveries

  • tracking weekly cost of material and products
